Kapua (Joey's little sister) turned 11 on June 17th. We planned a surprise birthday gift with for her. Because we work at PCC, we get special discounts to a few places one of which is Sea Life Park. We planned to take Kapua there to spend her birthday, she not knowing that she would get to swim with the dolphins. Because it was her birthday, she got to participate in a dolphin encounter for free! What a deal...a totally free birthday. We didn't tell her anything and she didn't even suspect anything even as she was in the waiting room...we finally told her and her face was priceless. She was so excited! This was a birthday she will never forget!
This is actually a Wholphin (Mom is a dolphin and dad is a false killer whale) named Kekaimalu.
Kekaimalu was an accident, not a science project.
He is so BIG!
Regan (My Younger Brother) graduated from Waipahu High School. High School is so different from when I was there. I'm so proud of him...he managed to keep his grades up and juggle three different sports (Cross Country, Basketball, and Volleyball).
On to the future...good luck to you both!
On May 11th we spent the day in Ketchikan where we got to experience crab fishing on the Aleutian Ballad. 
On May 12th we spent the day in Juneau and took a helicopter ride to the Mendenhall glacier. 
On May 13th we spent the day in Skagway where we rode a train into Canada and took a bus back into Alaska. 
We also stopped to pan for gold. 
We spent May 14th in Prince Rupert, Canada 
and sailed back to Seattle on the 15th. 
We spent the 16th in Seattle with our friends Aubrie and Nephi and their son Kawika. 
This was an awesome vacation.
