For those of you who don't know...the traditional gift for your first anniversary is paper. You have to give Joey credit for being creative!!!After we got back from church, Joey gave me another surprise made out of paper...
He bought a book on how to make origami flowers and some pretty paper and folded a wonderful bouquet. He did an amazing job!!!Later this evening we went out to dinner at the Oceanarium in the Pacific Beach Hotel in Waikiki. We stayed there for our honeymoon last year and thought that it would be cool to go back. For Christmas, we received a gift certificate to be used at the hotel restaurants. That helped pay for our special dinner!
I love Joey very much and am looking forward to many more wonderful anniversaries!
